Lift Counter is a weight lifting counter. It allows you to count your reps, sets and weight per set, for each Lift you do in a Workout.
You can also view and edit your current Lifts and previous Workouts.
Lift Counter also displays your current Active Calories burned and Heart Rate. When you finish a Workout, those data are synched with Apple Health and count towards Apple Activity rings.
